Soul Shine 1:1 Weight Loss Coaching is a 12-week personalized coaching program that’s designed to empower busy mamas like you to transform your body with quick at-home workouts, delicious and easy to make meals, and healthy lifestyle habits – so you can focus on living life [without overcomplicating it] and feel confident, strong and sexy.

As your coach, I will help you ditch the unhealthy binging and teach you to fuel your body with delicious, nutrient-dense meals that will help rev up your metabolism. We’ll find movement that WORKS FOR YOU, to help you feel strong and shred the fat you’ve been dying to lose. You can unlearn those unhealthy habits and self-limiting blocks that are keeping you from LOVING the skin you’re in.

We’ll set goals that will make you feel brighter and more confident, and we’ll troubleshoot and overcome the obstacles that have been in the way of your health, until now.

Meet Your Coach, Daniella

In my 20s I binged on junk food and booze and found myself at the heaviest I’d ever been. I hated what I saw in the mirror and hid myself in baggy shirts or behind someone’s arm in a group picture.

But I got tired of hiding myself! 

So instead of resenting what I’d done to myself, I shifted into a positive and loving mindset and got comfortable with cooking healthy meals. Many small changes over time changed my life, and it’s about to change yours too!

Once people asked me how I lost all the weight I decided I needed to help other women find the freedom and happiness I’d found in a balanced lifestyle.

 

 

 The Details:

  • We will meet every week for 30 minutes and in every call, you will have the opportunity to get 1:1 coaching every week! We will work on mindset, nutrition, and everything in between to make sure you’re reaching your goal weight.

  • Once a month these calls will be :60 minutes so that we can dive deep into any obstacles or blocks that may have come up.

  • Each week you’ll receive a short video lesson around with tips to help you integrate healthy living habits into your life seamlessly so it all starts to make sense.

  • You will have a workout plan that is designed to help you meet your goals, and will work with your lifestyle.

  • You will receive recipes, handouts, and other goodies to help you on your personal journey to make healthy habits stick long term. This includes my meal prep guide + tips to help you make easy mealtime decisions!

  • Not only that, but you will have direct access to me daily for private coaching, answering questions, and extra support.
